The Fact Files
PRESENTING AN INSIGHT INTO CHRISTCHURCH'S
SEXUAL ACCUSE INDUSTRY
Fact Files presents three cases where pyrrhic false allegations were persued by vicarious police investigations and judicial prosecutions, and where the malicious intent of those involved failed to get a conviction.
The huge emotional cost caused by the way the police handled the cases, and the appaling financial costs endured, have had a lasting impact on the falsely-accused and their immediate families.
QUESTION:
Will Superintendent Dave Cliff ensure the edict of Commissioner Harold Broad is emulated by himself and all members of the Christchurch police:~
Commissioner Harold Broad: “At all times, I encourage every member of Police to focus on what they’re doing and how it will impact on complainants, witnesses and members of the public. That’s the ultimate test. "
QUESTION:
Will the public's confidence in the way the Christchurch Police handle false allegations of sexual abuse be restored?
